Could not be soloed at the time I did it...Now...Probably. If you hostage pull you will never get have the named come and you will never have to deal with more than 2 mobs at a time. If you pull the wrong mob the whole room will come at once (which I doubt is soloable).

How good is her gear? Stuff she has gathered vs twinked gear makes a huge difference. Also how comfortable is she with more out of the way zones? The hotzones are very very good places to start for exp. City of Mist is great at about that level (or at least I always used it to PL at about that level...
